The four statues on top of the colonaddes represent Work & Welfare, War, Peace, Knowledge and Glory. I believe this chap is War.

I LOVE Budapest. I was there not too long ago. It's actually one of the places I would consider living, and have considered living. There's a great Medieval Studies program at the University there that I've considered. Thank you for the reminder!
